I want to thank you and your staff for taking excellent care of me throughout the purchase of my fifth wheel from Dakota RV. I am very pleased to have purchased it from your company and am impressed with the follow up I have received to date. Although I have not used it yet, and probably won’t until May, I am confident that it will be in good working order based on the care your service technicians took to walk me through the camper. All of your staff was courteous and helpful in making sure I understood how t he camper worked and that it was properly equipped.

As I stated to you when we met, I found the 1998 Dutchman 31 Classic listed on a general RV site on the web. I had not heard of your company prior but will make recommendations to my friends that they give you a call if the find themselves in the market for an RV. Donna, I want to give a special note to you and the professionalism you displayed throughout our negotiations on a price. You came across as a sincere person and one of high integrity, which is the main reason I decided to buy the camper. Just wanted to let you know that we made it safe and sound to Sequim Washington. The RV park we are working at is really nice. It’s called Gilgal Oasis, (has a website). The Open Range pulled great. We took it easy getting here. I just wanted to thank you and your staff for the help that you gave us. I think we are going to love this trailer. We get a lot of compliments on it.

Dear Sir or Madam,

We are writing to express our extreme pleasure with Dakota RV and especially Cole, Kevin, and Bill. Our treatment and the attention we were given from the outset was outstanding and beyond all our expectations.

Cole scheduled our repairs, which took several days, to our convenience. In addition, he ordered the necessary parts within minutes of knowing what was needed. He is very personable and communicated with us every step of the process both face to face and via telephone.

Kevin was super. He seemed to know we were arriving and immediately commenced working on our problems. He continued his efforts, which included calling King Dome and Monaco Coach Corporation until a solution was found for each of the issues. And, he continually informed us of what he was doing and what he found.

Bill actually discovered bad wire leading to our monitor, which could have easily gone undetected. It was a very difficult find.

Also, during our hours at your very comfortable business, we enjoyed conversing with Donna, Doug, and Mary. They were all very pleasant and king.

You are very fortunate to have each of these competent employees on your staff. If we ever have an opportunity to recommend Dakota RV, we will be pleased to do so. Thank you very much.
